The Proov Hers and His kit combines Proov Complete urine hormone testing, Proov Check pregnancy tests and a Proov + YO home sperm test.
Measures: Complete tracks FSH, LH, E1G (an estrogen marker) and PdG (a progesterone marker). Check detects urinary hCG. The sperm test reports motile sperm concentration and provides a sample video.
How to use: Activate Complete in the Proov Insight app and begin on cycle day 5, counting the first day of your period as day 1. Use first-morning urine and follow the app's schedule. Scan Complete strips 10 minutes after dipping; read Check tests visually as directed. Follow the separate YO app instructions for semen collection and testing. Complete provides a report after its testing cycle.
Compatible smartphones are required. Specialist telehealth is available separately at additional cost. Results do not determine fertility or infertility.
