Contains 5,000 IU (125 mcg) vitamin D3 per pouch, above the usual adult daily upper limit of 4,000 IU. Use only with clinician guidance and review other vitamin D sources. Vitamin K can interact with blood-thinning medicines.

Contains ashwagandha. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is not recommended for people with thyroid or autoimmune disorders or before surgery. Review interactions with your clinician, especially thyroid, blood-pressure, diabetes, immune-suppressing, seizure or sedating medicines. Rare liver injury has been reported.
