YO Home Sperm Test 3.0 analyzes a semen sample at home using a reusable device and the YO app, without mailing a sample.

Reports: Sperm concentration, total motility, progressive motility, motile sperm concentration and progressive motile sperm concentration, plus a sample video and downloadable report.

Included: YO device, power cable, instructions, and three each of collection cups, pipettes, liquefaction-powder vials and testing slides.

The kit is for one person. Do not share its contents, including with family members. Use sample-contact materials only once and dispose of them as instructed.

Check current phone compatibility before ordering. Follow the app to collect and prepare the sample, load the slide and run the test.
